dial-up customers.
Providing setup help, troubleshooting, and hardware modem support.
Customer support on setting and troubleshooting customer websites
and e-mails residing on our servers. Provide complete hardware,
software, and network support over the phone to company clients.
This includes support via the remote troubleshooting software, PC
Anywhere. OS support included Windows 95/98/2000/ME
NETWORK ADMINISTRATION:
On-site $75/Hour
Complete administration
of NT servers.
Setting up users, file, fax modem, printer sharing, and RAS configuration.
After configuration, upkeep of these servers includes setting up
company websites along with their e-mail addresses, user passwords,
e-mail forwarding, domain forwarding and redirection, ssl encryption,
file permissions and ownership, and ftp setup. Setup networks for
Internet sharing via software (Wingate/Sygate) and Router/Hubs.

Setting up, upgrading,
and troubleshooting PC systems.
Taking apart and putting together a PC piece by piece, resolving
DMA and IRQ conflicts, isolating hardware failures and repairing
them, hard drive / ram / CPU upgrades, modem / sound / video / CD-ROM
/ CD-RW / NIC installation, setting up drivers, and flashing outdated
motherboard bios.
